After the initial shock of realising my sneak of a hubby signed me up for this, I have to admit I was secretly delighted!! I’ve watched the KOG for years and said ‘Maybe Next Year’!
I love to keep fit and last year qualified as a Pilates Instructor and PT in UCD fitness centre. Just to make life a bit more interesting, I was 12 weeks pregnant with baby number four when it came to doing my exams! The last trimester was a challenge to say the least and my fitness went out the window slightly. Our gorgeous little lady is nearly 5 months old so surely it’s the perfect time to jump back on the fitness wagon, practice what I preach and even pull a miracle out of the bag and learn to swim!
All of my fitness woes and goals aside though, I couldn’t be happier to be involved with The Gavin Glynn Foundation. Since TGGF’s beginning in heartbreaking circumstances I’ve been in awe of Jane and John’s determination to turn heartbreak into something positive, something that will give Gavin a legacy that will change and touch so many peoples lives.
Roll on July 29th!!
